IFC Seoul to have global companies as new tenants
Two IFC at IFC Seoul has 40% leased in spite of economic recession
[June 25th, 2013] AIG Korea Real Estate Development, the developer of IFC Seoul (International Finance Centre Seoul) located in Yeouido has announced that Two IFC has successfully accomplished rent contract and has led about 40% leasing with diverse global companies.
Two IFC office building with 29 floors offers its tenants global and high-end working circumstances and environment friendly facilities. Recently, global investment firms, such as' Russell Investments Korea Ltd.’, ‘LHC Korea Co. LTD ’and ‘Sean Partners', a global consulting firm, '‘L.E.K. Consulting LLC' and a German skincare company, Beiersdorf which is famous for La Prairie and NIVEA have all signed contract and started to move into two IFC office building.
Unlike a number of buildings rarely introducing new tenant companies due to poor real estate market, One IFC has had achieved more than 70% of pre-leasing and Two IFC has leased 40% within only one year.

Approximately 50 global companies including Deloitte, ING Investment Management, BNY Mellon, Daiwa Securities, Sony Korea and Philip Morris are tenants in the office tower of IFC Seoul.
