IBM Korea signs lease as anchor tenant in Three IFC
IBM Korea and AIG Global Real Estate, developer of the International Finance Centre Seoul announced on May 30, 2014 that a definitive agreement has been reach for IBM Koreato locate its Korean headquarters into nine (9) floors as the anchor tenant in the 54 story, Three IFC office tower. After a complete analysis of the Seoul office market over the last 18 months, IBM concluded that it would move its base back to Yeouido where it was once located from 1981~1999, before relocating to Dogok-dong, Gangnam. IBM Korea will occupy level 6 through to level 14 and relocate to the new building in early 2015
